How to request account deletion

Use your registered name and mobile number (same as your VahanBid account).

We may ask you to confirm OTP or other details to prevent unauthorised deletion.

Processing time
Eligible requests are typically completed within 7–14 business days after verification.

What data is deleted vs kept

Deleted (or anonymised)May be retained (legal / security)
Profile name & contact details used for login,
KYC document files (where legally allowed),
App push tokens, session data,
Optional notes / support history not required by law 		Transaction, wallet deposit, bid & win records (tax / dispute / fraud),
Payment UTR proofs for accounting period,
Records required under Indian law / GST / ongoing legal claims,
Security logs needed to prevent abuse

Retention of financial and auction records is typically for the period required by law and risk policy (often several years). After that period they may be deleted or fully anonymised. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
