Registration Terms & Conditions


Welcome to VahanBid. To ensure a fair and transparent auction process for all our members, we require all users to comply with the following terms upon registration.

1. KYC Document Requirement

To register and participate in auctions, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This involves uploading clear, legible copies of the following documents:

  • PAN Card: A copy of your permanent account number (PAN) card is mandatory.
  • Aadhaar Card: A copy of your Aadhaar card (both front and back) is required for identity and address verification.

Your submitted documents will be reviewed by our team. Approval of your account is subject to successful verification of these documents.

2. Registration Fee

A one-time, non-refundable registration charge is applicable to all new members. This fee grants you lifetime access to our auction platform.

  • Fee Amount: ₹6,000/- (Six Thousand Indian Rupees).

Non-Refundable: Please note that this registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, account suspension due to violation of terms, or if you choose not to participate in any auctions.

The payment for the registration fee must be completed after submitting the registration form. You will be guided to the payment instruction page upon successful form submission.

3. User Agreement

By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Registration Terms and Conditions, as well as our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
